Monitor Tech

The Monitor Tech observes and interprets patients' cardiac rhythm status, listens for alarms, and informs the RN of any variances. This role involves greeting visitors, answering questions, transcribing medical orders, and performing non-clinical duties related to patient admission, discharge, and transfer. The position also includes organizing activities at the nurses' station and handling patient medications from the pharmacy.
