Monitor Technician

The Monitor Technician observes and analyzes cardiac rhythms of monitored patients, reporting and responding to changes in rhythm to the Registered Nurse. This role requires completion of an EKG monitoring course and Monitor Technician Training, along with knowledge of medical terminology and cardiac arrhythmia recognition. The position operates on a per diem or casual basis with variable shifts, including every other weekend.
