Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Technical Advisor, DOS LEAP Global - Madagascar

Dexis is hiring an embedded Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Technical Advisor to provide high-level technical assistance and strategic guidance to the Madagascar Ministry of Health and the U.S. Embassy health team on monitoring, evaluation, and learning for malaria, MNCH, and global health security programs. The role aims to strengthen national capacity for data-driven decision-making, improve program performance monitoring, and ensure alignment of U.S. Government–supported activities with national priorities. The Advisor will serve as a bridge between the MOH and U.S. Government health teams to enhance the quality, coordination, and use of health data for policy and program improvement.
