About this role

The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer will support the PROSPECTS Programme by collecting and analyzing data, developing MEL tools, coordinating with partners, and ensuring data quality. They will also support reporting, learning, and adaptive management processes.

First-level university degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development, Statistics, ICT, Social Science, Economics, Education, Labour, or related fieldStrong knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning on Forced DisplacementExperience with project and results-based management toolsExperience developing and managing Monitoring and Evaluation systemsExpertise in analyzing data using statistical software and managing databases
