Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Consultant

The consultant will support the implementation of the UK‑funded Safe Migration of Seasonal Workers project in Uzbekistan, focusing on developing and maintaining the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework, data collection tools, and reporting mechanisms.
