Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert, BFA Global

BFA Global is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) expert to provide technical assistance and evaluation support to organizations in their portfolio, specifically those supported by the Livelihood Impact Fund. This consultant role involves co-designing rigorous impact studies like randomized controlled trials, conducting rapid diagnostic assessments of MEL systems, and coaching grantees on data analysis and learning processes. The ideal candidate will translate advanced statistical concepts into accessible guidance while bridging the gap between implementing organizations and their funders.
