Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist will manage and ensure the collection of high-quality M&E data for Mercy Corps' Empowering Families, Enriching Lives childcare project in Addis Ababa. The role involves developing M&E plans, coordinating data collection and reporting with partners, leading surveys and evaluations, and producing analytical insights and reports to support program learning and adaptive management.
