Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist will work with the Mercy Corps program team and local partners to manage and ensure the collection of quality M&E data for the Enter Energy Ethiopia Program. The role involves leading monitoring and data collection activities, conducting surveys, analyzing data to provide insights, and contributing to report writing. The specialist will ensure performance monitoring and results reporting tools are effectively implemented across program sites.
