Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist

Carnegie Mellon University Africa is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist to strengthen the institution's ability to measure, understand, and improve its impact across educational, research, and sponsored programs. The role involves serving as a strategic partner to program leaders and stakeholders to establish effective approaches for monitoring progress, evaluating outcomes, and fostering organizational learning.
