Monitoring, Evaluation and Performance Adviser

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Performance Adviser provides technical expertise and guidance to the Ministry of Education to design and implement a national education sector performance management system. The role involves assessing existing systems, developing performance frameworks and indicators, and building capacity for effective data use in planning and decision-making. This position supports the delivery of Fiji's education priorities through strategic analysis and the establishment of sustainable monitoring and evaluation functions.
