Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager provides strategic guidance and vision for all monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts for a project funded by the Department of Defense HIV/AIDS Program (DHAPP) in Eswatini. The role involves developing and implementing M&E plans, tracking program performance, conducting data quality audits, and building capacity of partners in data use. The position supports the Government of Eswatini in reducing new HIV infections and achieving UNAIDS 95-95-95 goals among the Umbutfo Eswatini Defense Force (UEDF) and civilian communities.
