About this role

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager leads the development, implementation, and adaptation of the MILK project's Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plans in collaboration with program staff, partners, and USDA. This role oversees the MEL team, manages data collection and analysis processes, and ensures compliance with donor standards while facilitating knowledge sharing and adaptive management. The position is based in Bangkok with travel to project activity locations.
