About this role

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager provides overall leadership for the SETU project's monitoring, evaluation, learning, and performance reporting systems in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves developing and implementing the project's Performance Monitoring Plan and Evaluation Plan while overseeing data collection, analysis, and Management Information System (MIS) management. The position ensures accurate measurement and documentation of project results to inform programmatic decisions and support USDA reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of performance monitoring and evaluation plans
Manage management information system and ensure data quality across project activities
Compile and report performance data to USDA and facilitate learning processes

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, public policy, international development, social sciences, data science, or another relevant fieldMaster's degree in a relevant field
