Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Coordinator

This part-time role supports the Safe Haven project by ensuring quality evidence collection and building a data-driven learning environment to safeguard project effectiveness and accountability. The position involves coordinating MERL activities, managing data systems, and supporting project staff and implementing partners in compliance with donor and organizational standards. The role also contributes to strategic planning, capacity building, and the continuous improvement of monitoring and evaluation processes.
