Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Specialist

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Specialist will design and lead monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities to ensure result-based management across programs in Bangladesh. This role involves developing theories of change, tracking project progress, ensuring data quality, and supporting capacity building for staff and partners. The position also contributes to resource mobilization and the implementation of accountability to affected populations in emergency and development settings.
