Mortgage Administration

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, booking mortgage, remortgage and protection appointments, and managing mortgage, protection and GI applications from submission to completion. It requires liaising with lenders, insurers and conveyancers, updating customers and systems, and supporting advisers with administrative tasks while meeting KPIs and compliance standards.
