Mortgage Default Specialist

The Mortgage Default Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in mortgage loss mitigation, foreclosure, and complex default cases, managing assigned cases from referral through resolution. This role involves reviewing hardship packages, preparing recommendations, and acting as a liaison between internal teams, external contacts, and third-party vendors.
