Mortgage Loan Originator Supervisor

This role supervises the day-to-day activities of a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators, ensuring timely document collection for processing, underwriting, and closing. The position is responsible for meeting annual loan volume origination goals and establishing referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources. It also involves active participation in local and state mortgage banking associations to maintain industry knowledge and foster collaborative partnerships within the bank.
