Mortgage Loan Originator

This position supervises the day-to-day activities of a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators in an assigned out-of-footprint territory, ensuring timely document collection for processing, underwriting, and closing. The role involves meeting annual loan volume origination goals and establishing referral source relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources. It also requires active participation in local and state mortgage banking and realtor trade associations to maintain industry knowledge and foster collaborative partnerships within U.S. Bank.
