About this role

The Loan Processor supports the Mortgage Operations team, helping deliver a streamlined mortgage origination experience and excellent client service. The role works closely with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Closers, and other stakeholders to ensure loans progress efficiently to closing. This position follows a hybrid schedule based in the South Charlotte, NC headquarters (Tue–Thu) with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
