Mortgage Processor

The role involves reviewing incoming mortgage files, setting up and organizing Encompass files, and coordinating with loan officers and third parties to ensure accurate documentation and timely funding. The processor will track file progress, calculate borrower income, and support the team by handling order-outs and communication with clients and partners.
