The Mortgage Processor manages the residential mortgage pipeline from application through funding and post-closing, ensuring loan files are accurate, compliant, and completed on time. This role serves as a central coordination point among borrowers, Relationship Managers, title companies, appraisers, realtors, underwriters, investors, and internal staff. The position combines advanced processing, closing coordination, secondary market support, reporting, and quality control responsibilities.
