About this role
The Recruiter at RenoFi is responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for Senior Loan Officers in a fully distributed, early-stage fintech startup. The role partners closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand market-specific needs, manage pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience. It also involves maintaining accurate recruiting data and reporting, while representing and championing RenoFi’s culture and vision within the talent market. This position reports to the EVP of National Production and collaborates extensively with the Retail Sales team.
