About this role

We are seeking a Motion Designer to end-to-end own motion design for both Kalshi's brand assets and product interfaces. This role involves creating social campaigns, ads, and UI animations while building a comprehensive motion design system for engineering handoff. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to ensure polished, consistent, and performant animations across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and produce motion content for brand campaigns and product launches
Own in-app animation including micro-interactions and onboarding flows
Build and export production-ready animations using Lottie for engineering
Develop and maintain a consistent motion language and design system
Collaborate with product designers and engineers on animation implementation
