Motivational Interviewing Coach

The Prevention Motivational Interviewing Coach provides coaching and training to supervisors and direct service staff within Preventive Provider agencies to integrate Motivational Interviewing into their practice. This role supports the transfer of learning efforts and ongoing skill development for identified Prevention Service staff across the five boroughs. The position involves facilitating individual and group coaching sessions, providing onsite technical assistance, and collaborating with the ACS Workforce Institute to establish alignment around the coaching approach.
