Motor Claims Officer

The role involves managing short‑term insurance motor claims, both drivable and non‑drivable, from registration through to settlement while ensuring compliance with company policies and high customer satisfaction. The officer will liaise with clients, brokers, assessors, and repair providers, authorising repairs and maintaining accurate claim records.
