About this role

Raytheon is seeking junior to mid-career Hardware Electrical Engineers to design, analyze, simulate, and test motor control systems and power conversion circuitry. The role focuses on creating robust electronics for telemetry, flight termination, and low-noise mixed-signal applications within higher-powered defense products. Candidates will guide ECAD design through integration testing while collaborating with senior engineers in a fast-growing engineering organization.

Responsibilities

Design and test power conversion and analog circuitry for motor control systems
Simulate and document electronic designs using industry standard tools
Guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities
Define schedules for circuit level tasking to meet project milestones
Perform hands-on drafting and designing at a circuit card level
