Motorhand

The Motorhand ensures the safe and efficient operation of drilling rig mechanical equipment by performing regular preventative maintenance and repairs on generators, engines, and pumps. This role involves anticipating potential issues, troubleshooting problems, and assisting mechanics with major repairs to prevent downtime. The position requires working under the direction of the Rig Manager and supervising floorhands during rig up/down procedures.
