About this role
The Gearbox Mechanic is a hands-on motorsports technician based at Pratt Miller’s New Hudson, MI headquarters who supports race shop operations and travels to race and test events. The role works within the Pratt Miller Motorsports team reporting to the Crew Chief and collaborates with Car Chiefs and Race Engineers to support vehicle readiness and development. This position requires regular onsite presence and significant travel to events.
