The Motorsports Vehicle Dynamics Software Engineering Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of vehicle dynamics software across NASCAR, IndyCar, Formula 1, and SportsCar programs. This role involves establishing software architecture, managing a multidisciplinary engineering team, and driving the creation of simulation applications to optimize on-track performance. The manager collaborates with various engineering teams to implement best practices and deliver next-generation simulation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the roadmap and delivery of vehicle dynamics software applications and APIs
Build and manage a multidisciplinary software engineering team
Define and enforce coding standards and development processes
Guide software architecture decisions to reduce redundancy and increase reuse
Oversee validation, defect triage, and software rollout quality

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering10+ years of experience in motorsports engineering software
