MOUD Case Manager

The MOUD Case Manager ensures clients have knowledge and access to Glide Foundation resources to achieve and maintain stabilization through intervention and counseling. This role connects participants with opioid use disorder to opiate replacement therapies and other medications to support their transition to self-sufficiency. The position involves developing a caseload of 20 to 30 participants, maintaining treatment adherence, and assisting with housing, identification, and mental health access.
