Amavida, a resort-style senior living community, is seeking a hospitality-focused Move-In Coordinator to guide incoming residents and their families through the move-in process. The role involves coordinating residency paperwork, apartment readiness, and move-in logistics while ensuring a welcoming and supported transition. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the coordinator serves as the primary contact for residents and families, managing schedules, documentation, and interdepartmental communication.
