Move In Coordinator

The Move In Coordinator is responsible for managing all move-in and transfer activities for residents, including processing inquiries, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring apartments are ready. This role also supports the Director of Sales and Marketing by conducting tours, following up on leads, and assisting with marketing events to promote the community. The position requires strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills to maintain high occupancy and foster positive resident experiences.
