About this role

The Materials and Process Engineer will lead material qualification efforts to support FAA certification (14 CFR Part 23) for powertrain and composite structural components of Archer’s eVTOL aircraft. This role oversees internal and external testing programs, manages an in-house materials test lab, and ensures materials and processes meet performance and regulatory standards. The engineer will also interface with FAA, DERs, and other regulatory bodies to support conformity and certification activities.
