MP&L Customer Service Representative

The MP&L Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the order-to-ship process, including entering purchase orders into SAP, monitoring EDI, and ensuring accurate data transfer to production and material planners. This role involves coordinating shipments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. The position requires analyzing production schedules, managing inventory counts, and providing excellent customer service to meet internal and external requirements.
