The MPL Training Manager oversees the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of CAE's Multi-Crew Pilot Licence and easyJet training programmes at the London Gatwick Training Centre. This role ensures training activities align with regulatory approvals, customer requirements, and company standards while supporting instructor development and student progression. The position involves close collaboration with training teams, standards personnel, and customer airline representatives to maintain training excellence.

Responsibilities

Deliver MPL and easyJet training programmes in compliance with ATO approvals and customer requirements
Maintain oversight of courseware, lesson plans, and training records to ensure regulatory compliance
Support instructor standardisation and coordinate with examiners to ensure training personnel qualifications

Skills

Qualifications

ICAO-compliant professional pilot licence (ATPL, CPL, MPL or equivalent)EASA and/or UK CAA ATPLinstructor qualification appropriate to the scope of MPL training oversight
