MQ Senior Analyst

The MQ Senior Analyst is responsible for managing incoming manual invoices from carriers, verifying them against supporting documentation, and maintaining the AP tracker for SAP posting. This role involves monitoring internal systems, analyzing AP settlements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely processing. The position also supports vendor onboarding, month-end closing activities, and provides analytical reporting on AP aging and invoice status.
