The MRO Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of jet aircraft maintenance, modifications, and related services for business jet operators. The role focuses on building and managing a sales pipeline, targeting new customers and upselling to existing clients within key geographic markets. The position requires frequent travel to customers, vendors, and industry events while maintaining strong internal collaboration with avionics, interiors, and engineering teams. The job is based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones, preferably near a major airport.
