About this role
The Head of Buffer, Media & Utilities IFB at Sanofi will lead the buffer, media and utilities function for a new insulin drug substance facility in Beijing, supporting design, construction, start-up and product implementation. The role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure GMP-compliant processes, technology transfer and operational readiness. The position includes establishing operational requirements, overseeing commissioning/qualification activities and building the local operations capability.
