M&S - Quality Control Expert - IFB

The Quality Control Expert will establish the Quality Control laboratory at Sanofi's new Beijing facility, developing procedures for equipment commissioning and analytical methods in accordance with GMP and regulatory standards. As the project progresses, the role evolves into functional leadership of a team to execute transfer, qualification, and validation activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP, HSE, and internal quality standards. Incumbents will manage the delivery of lab aspects within budget and schedule, provide mentorship, and maintain strict documentation and data integrity.
