The MST ASM provides direct leadership and development for a team of supervisors and associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence within assigned product categories. This role involves managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, payroll control, and safety protocols, while serving as the primary Manager-on-Duty to drive engagement and efficiency. The position requires executing service, reset, and pricing programs, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support store performance goals.
