MST CC FLEX PRN

The Medical Surgical Technician (MST) role is part of a transition to practice pathway at Jackson Hospital, designed to bridge the experience-competency gap for new graduate registered nurses. The MST works under the direction of a licensed nurse, performing patient care, respiratory functions, and unit duties while adhering to hospital policies and Alabama Board of Nursing standards. This position supports licensed nurses by anticipating patient needs, documenting data, and reporting changes in patient condition.
