MST Clinician

This grant-funded position involves providing intensive, family- and community-based treatment to high-risk youth and their families using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model. The clinician conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers direct clinical services while collaborating with various systems such as schools, probation, and child welfare. The role requires maintaining a caseload of 4-6 families, engaging primary caregivers, and ensuring compliance with MST principles and practices.
