Community Solutions
The MST Practitioner provides intensive, home-based therapeutic interventions to adolescents and their families involved in the juvenile justice system or at risk of out-of-home placement. This community-based role requires travel to surrounding counties and focuses on evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy to support youth and their ecosystems. The position aims to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve success through trauma-informed care and collaborative support.
