MST Therapist

The MST Therapist works with at-risk youth and families to improve overall functioning and reduce out-of-home placement through direct intervention and intensive supervision. This role involves developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting regular meetings, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support targeted behavioral outcomes. The position requires adherence to the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model and maintaining fidelity to clinical standards.
