MST Therapist

This full-time role involves providing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth aged 12–17 and their families within their homes across Bexar County, TX. The position requires regular travel and a minimum of three days per week working inside clients' homes to deliver strength-based behavior change interventions. The therapist will collaborate with families, communities, and other stakeholders to address juvenile criminal offenses and substance abuse through intensive clinical support.
