MTSS-B Supervisor

The MTSS-B Supervisor co-leads the districtwide implementation and continuous improvement of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Behavior (MTSS-B) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). This role provides leadership, professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance to create safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments while promoting positive school climate and evidence-based behavioral interventions. The position utilizes data-driven decision-making to monitor outcomes, address equity gaps, and ensure equitable access to behavioral and social-emotional supports that improve student success.
