The Mulesoft Support Consultant is responsible for the support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of business-critical integrations built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform within the SJP Applications and Data Support team. This role acts as a 2nd and 3rd line support escalation point, ensuring high availability and performance of production systems while resolving incidents within target SLAs.
