Multi-Classroom Leader

The Multi-Classroom Leader (MCL) is a 10-month full-time position based in Wilson, North Carolina, responsible for leading a team of teachers and support staff to meet principal standards of excellence. This role involves coaching 2-5 teachers, teaching students through various models, and managing instructional and non-instructional duties to ensure high-progress learning for every child. The MCL also provides feedback to the principal on team development and allocates resources to support student success.
