Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or related field5–10+ years of experience in thermal systems, insulation systems, cryogenic systems, or aerospace manufacturingDemonstrated experience with multi-layer insulation (MLI) design and/or installationExperience leading technical teams, including direct supervision of 15 or more personnelStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
